What is a download package?

Download packages are subscription plans that provide access to premium and exclusive files, unlimited downloads (within bandwidth limits), priority download speeds, extended download link validity, and access to package-only content. Purchase packages from Account → Packages.

How do I view my download history?

Go to Account → Downloads to see all your downloaded files with timestamps and download counts. You can re-download purchased files as long as the download link is valid. Check expiration dates for each file.

What does "trust device" mean when downloading files?

For security, first download from a new device requires device trust. You'll see a prompt to trust the device. Trusted devices can download without additional verification. Manage trusted devices from account settings.
