The wallet is a prepaid balance that allows you to make quick purchases without entering payment details each time, pay for files/products/services instantly, top up with any amount you prefer, and track all your spending in one place. Access your wallet from Account → Wallet page or account dashboard overview.

How do I top up my wallet?

Go to Account → Wallet, choose from preset amounts or enter a custom amount (minimum top-up amounts may apply), select from available payment gateways (Credit Card, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.), follow the payment gateway instructions. Balance updates immediately after successful payment.

How do I use my wallet to pay for orders?

Add items to cart and proceed to checkout, review your order total, select "Wallet" as payment method. If balance is sufficient, order completes instantly. If balance is insufficient, you can top up or use another payment method. Some platforms allow partial wallet payment where you use available balance first and pay remaining amount with another method.

How do I view my transaction history?

Go to Account → Wallet or Account → Transactions to see complete transaction history. Transactions are categorized as: Top-ups (credits), Purchases (debits), Refunds, and Transfers. Use filters to view specific transaction types, date ranges, or search by order ID.

Can I transfer wallet balance to another user?

If balance transfers are enabled, go to Account → Wallet → Transfer, enter recipient email or username, enter transfer amount, confirm transfer details. Balance transfers are instant and irreversible.
